Every interaction in Cornblue is monitored by a configurable idle timer. By default, the system is set to a 1-minute threshold.
- Idle Monitoring: If a customer stops responding or the chat becomes idle for the configured amount of time (e.g., 1 minute), the system triggers a "kick".
- Closing Wording: Before the session terminates, the bot automatically sends a predefined closing wording to the customer, ensuring a polite and professional exit.
- Status Update: Once the session is terminated, the system automatically updates the Report and Inbox status to "Closed".
